Fall of Consciousness

During a plant medicine experience, I found myself floating atop this dense black matter. I could not submerge any further or push through it. It was very much like a thick gelatin structure that could not be penetrated. I looked around me to see this vibrant red.

Within the reds I saw memories, experiences, and conversations that didn't go well throughout my living. The longer I focused the more sorrow filled my heart. I looked up slowly and the red turned into orange where the theme, then yellow, then a luminous white. As the shades moved upwards towards this luminous white, I noticed every layer had a theme resembling certain aspects about myself from negative to positive. At the very top, was a crystalline palace structure that radiated all sorts of colors. The complexity of the structure was beyond my comprehension.

I received the following transmission:

"This is where you came from. Acknowledge where you are now and realize you cannot go any further. The only way now is up."

"Seek to understand and ob(serve)."

I was filled with a sense of relief and accepted the message as it was. I knew deep down now that there really was nowhere to go except up from this point moving forward. An overwhelming sensation started creeping up so I made the effort to come out of the experience at this point. After I came back to my body, i felt speechless and disoriented. It took me about 20 minutes to recenter my mind, body, and soul.

But once I was back together, I burst out with joyous laughter. I was grateful to have felt everything I did and learned from it.

Everything always gets better.
